Many of our plains and textures are available in custom order.

Threadcount mostly sells inherently finished products and does not prefer post production processes.

For Select projects where flammability codes are needed, we have testing facilities to update certificates and testing requirements.

Third party finishers can be referred.

CFA requests are available with Purchase Orders on almost the entire collection.

We do not process CFA’s on some couture products due to high quality controls, but do offer colour guarantees should you not be satisfied with the colour you can return the product.

We accept returns on standard items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition at 25% restocking fee.

Special order merchandise is non returnable.
